How to refer talent to Maximus
Learn how to refer talent- Dive in: Head over to the Maximus - Career Opportunities Portal. It’s your gateway to job opportunities.
- Search & discover: Log in to explore our latest job postings. You can easily filter your search by location, category, or job type to find the perfect match.
- Pick the perfect job: Browse roles, pick the best fit, and click the title to learn more.
- Make the connection: On the job detail page, look for the Refer a Candidate button on the right. Hit it to start sharing the opportunity.
- Share the love: Enter your friend's name, email address, phone number and click "Submit" to send it off. Your name will be automatically recorded as the person who referred this candidate to the position.
An eligible candidate is someone who has not worked for Maximus in the past 24 months or in a temporary or contract capacity through a third-party employer within the last 180 days. The candidate must be hired for a full-time or part-time position in the U.S. or Canada, excluding temporary, third-party, or intern roles. Additionally, they cannot be recruited directly from undergraduate or graduate school programs.
For the referral bonus to be paid, both the referring and referred employees must be employed at payout, with the referred employee completing 90 days and mentioning you as their referrer during the hiring process. No search firm or employment fees should be involved.
